it is the phobia of not having a pen when you need one. the symptoms are that you constantly h–rd pens.
rona: (she already has 21 pens). “i need to write a phone number down but d-mn i do not have enough pens. i better take someone’s pen so i have one.” now she has 22 pens. rona has a case of inkaphobia.
