a friend who you may or may not be closest with who is completely comfortable with making any sort of s-xual joke or discussing anything s-xual or even s-xually vulgar with you. can be either male or female. a direct result of combining the words “innuendo” and “friend.”

friend: did that guy just tell you he had -n-l for the first time last night?
you: oh, thats okay.. he’s my innufriendo.
you:i didn’t tell ron i finally slept with jenny..
friend: yeah ron’s not really an innufriendo.
