Intellectual Fatigue
the heavy-headed feeling one gets after a long day of only mind related activities such as writing a paper, studying for an exam, preparing presentations, doing mathematics, working on proposals, etc etc.
i got a serious bout of intellectual fatigue after spending the entire day reading gadamar’s ‘truth and method’ for my aesthetics cl-ss tomorrow.
