refers to the sound made by a male masturbating in front of the internet upstairs in his friend’s bedroom while the party’s going on downstairs. this is usually followed by public exposure and embarr-ssment.
the sound is also emitted by any other male masturbating in front of the internet, however these are far less hilarious.
a: “hey did you see johnny?”

a: “ok, hey, check out this youtube movie i have on my computer in my bedroom.”
