International Beer Day
an august 5th holiday celebrating the glory of beer. festivities include: copious beer drinking, double fisting, hooking up, and use of the word “beertastic”
guy 1: i just called in sick for international beer day, let’s h-t the pub.

an excuse for people who like holiday and drinking to have a drunken day off in the holiday-less month of august. people internationally gather to drink beer (not necessarily international beer) on august 5th and practice the art of beer it forward.
my favorite holiday is international beer day, because it involves more beer and less ugly sweaters than christmas.
