an internet moderator is someone who may volunteer or be paid to keep order on certain forums, servers etc. of the internet.
moderators usually do their job along side their everyday life and do not moderate as a full time job.
it’s a trend to have a structure that goes head administrator, administrator, head moderator then moderator as staff. owners sometimes have themselves as an owner rank above administrator.
