a person or persons who are literally crazy or literally a maniac about acting like a jack -ss !
a “jack-ssaniacal (jak–ss-a-niah-kal)” person constantly loves to go the extra mile to be not only annoying or a nuisance,but makes sure that everyone around them is not only uncomfortable around them but goes out of their way to act like a selfish baby or jack -ss simultaneously while being a pain in the -ss at the same time.
