jazzy blur
adj, n a good, often campy, if somewhat booze and drugs-addled time to be had.
often used in hindsight when describing a crazy event in which no one can quite recall what happened (hence, ‘blur’).
syn. a hot mess. note that unlike hot mess, this term more regularly applies to events and not people (though it’s not unheard of when it’s describing people of amy winehouse proportions).
1 wow, that whole weekend was basically a big jazzy blur. how many naked table dances did we do?
2 i knew when i found myself in the subway stinking of margaritas, wearing brian’s underwear and tenesha’s lipstick the next morning, that the previous night was just a huge jazzy blur.
