it’s like deja vu, but used instead when you see a black man that you swear you’ve seen before.
guy sees a black man he can’t quite place, but he can’t shake the eerie feeling he’s seen him before, causing him to exclaim: “d-mn, i’m having jigga vu! i know i’ve seen his black -ss somewhere before!”
