being totally wired-to-the-gills or high on methamphetamine. so much that a person can’t sit still, very paranoid, moving around to the extreme. tweakin’ usually happens when the drug is either smoked or injected, not so much if snorted.
chris was jitterflippin last night after he finished off a sixteenth of some crystal-meth that he smoked straight to his head.
