Job raffle

when someone has a job that they are totally unsuited for, they have no experience and cannot carry out their duties properly due to lack of understanding.

how did they get that job? the only way that this can be explained is for someone to have won their job in a company raffle.
how on earth did they get that job? they’re totally incompetent!?

they won it in the raffle at christmas.

oh, job raffle, that explains everything!
