a fan of the hip-hop duo known as insane clown posse. juggalette being a female fan. juggalo being a male fan.
(while you will find multiple interpretations, the one common denominator is being a fan of those musicians, or one who -ssociates with fans of those musicians.)
the juggalette/juggalo was let down by people who did not understand her/him.
