Juniority
someone of a more junior nature. opposite of seniority.
she showed her juniority in the task at hand.

commonly used in marching band, it forces all undercl-ssmen to give up what they have for the juniors.
however can be over ruled by seniority.
sophmores are cool with it
freshman- either are cool with it or are stinkers.
junior- juniority!
sophmore- fine heres my taco…
junior- sweet!
that which lacks a more senior status.
if need exists after volunteer list is exhausted, -ssignment will be made by juniority.
