when texting or messaging a friend and one of you abruptly stops texting or messaging mid-conversation with no explanation, leaving the other person abandoned. “jennifer is often text orphaned because aint n-body got time fo dat.”
- baistee
a moment of incredible embarr-ssment and/or shame. protracted form of the urdu/hindi phrase ‘bay izzati’ (without honour). frequently used by western desis. ‘he did his baistee when he walked into a lamppost’ ‘it was a great baistee when her jeans fell down in front of everyone’
