Karen Carpenter
best female vocalist ever. with brother richard, made up the pop duo, the carpenters, who rose to fame in the 1970’s. karen suffered from anorexia and died at the age of 32 in 1983. however, she should be remembered not for her illness or death, but her talent and kindness as a human being.
karen carpenter’s voice was that of an angel on earth.
