Kimchee Temper
a temper often -ssociated with the likes of koreans, most notably the women who are known for their violent tempers. many believe the hot blooded temper is derived from the extravagant chili spices found in kimchee, a common staple food of koreans.
many believe the spicy pickling process combined with daily consumption of kimchee are reasons why the temper levels can reach such high and sustained levels.
while koreans are usually very happy, don’t get them angry or they’ll unleash their stored up kimchee temper upon you.
