Kinsey Scale
the kinsey scale attempts to measure s-xual orientation, from 0 (exclusively heteros-xual) to 6 (exclusively h-m-s-xual). it was first published in s-xual behavior in the human male (1948) by alfred kinsey, wardell pomeroy and others, and was also prominent in the complementary work s-xual behavior in the human female (1953).
here’s the scale:
0 exclusively heteros-xual
1 predominantly heteros-xual, only incidentally h-m-s-xual
2 predominantly heteros-xual, but more than incidentally h-m-s-xual
3 equally heteros-xual and h-m-s-xual
4 predominantly h-m-s-xual, but more than incidentally heteros-xual
5 predominantly h-m-s-xual, only incidentally heteros-xual
6 exclusively h-m-s-xual
beth likes to have s-x with men and women. i guess that would make her around a 3 on the kinsey scale?
