a person who cuts (aka. a cutter) and who cuts thier knees to look as if they had only fallen and scr-ped their knee.
c: oh t., what happened to your knees? they are all cut up!
t: oh.. yea.. i fell.. this morning..
c: uh yea right, i know you cut, did u cut your knees?
t: (denying it) oh no, why would you think that?
c: well you would b a knee cutter then.
