kn-bsworth noun
a derogatory term used to describe a dislikable and irritating individual who has an opinion on everything. a kn-bsworth will usually feel that he is in a position of authority or has a sense of purpose. worse than a jobsworth, a kn-bsworth will be disagreeable even if there is no point.
that traffic official is a right kn-bsworth. not only did he stop me from driving my mate and his decapitated arm to the accident and emergency entrance, he told me i should not have parked in the ambulance bay.
