a slang term used to refer to a person of any asian descent (excluding russia and india) that has slanted eyes
1. even though i love banging koogmans, their sideways v-g-n-s always throw me off.
2. there are so many godd-mn koogmans at disneyland that my kids can’t get pictures with mickey cuz they jump in front of us and take a million pictures.
