Kooki-nuts
(noun) the english word for seco, a liquor that is popular in central america. it is versatile, and distilled from sugarcane. derived from the greek word “kabphea”, meaning “dry sticks”.
i was worried that there would not be anything to drink here, but then i saw the bottles of kooki-nuts on the counter. did somebody just get back from panama?
