when you do something that reduces your personal benefit and your only reason for doing it is that this is the way it has always been done.
korean: “the air is bad in here. you foreigners need to change the air so you can be healthy” (korean then goes to smoke cigarette). foreigner 1: why did they smoke a cigarette if they want to be healthy? foreigner 2: because korean logic.
