lalemi
i.e a wasteman
normally used to describe white or african people who act arrogant and boastful but have no real substance.
it originated in south london, near the croydon area after a famous incident showed up a boy, nicknamed lalemi, to be lying about explicit exploits he had done.
it is used interchangeably with the word wasteman
