drivers who, when there are two turn lanes for the same turning direction available, fill up only one of the two turn lanes, thereby making turning impossible for everyone who needs to turn while the light is still green – or yellow.
i had to turn left to get to target, and all these lanetarded people choked up the turn lanes and forced me to drive on the median to make the light!
