bombay slang for ‘keep bluffing, i just wont believe you’. you would say it to a person who likes to keep making up stories that aren’t always real. the word in plain terms mean to wrap the thread during kite-flying.
when somebody says, i got a phone call from the ceo yesterday. he wants to implement my ideas.
and you know its not true, thats when you say lapet. (drag it more like lapeetttt)
