a person who is overweight and wears clothes to try and cover up their fatness. ie. a fat not obease woman who shows off her big t-ts but trys to cover up her spare tire and chunky -ss.
martha has a big rack but tries to cover up the rest of her fatness, she is such a lard smuggler.
