Latrine
it’s like a toilet, except with no tank. there is just a big open pit full of sh-t below the seat. often used by boy scouts. there are several types of latrine:
-communal: one room which has two seats in one room right next to each other (no longer built)
-emporium: often a building of about 100 square feet which many latrine stalls in it. they are often very dark and have very low part-tions.
-individual stalls: on latrine building, but the stalls all open to the outside. this is the preferred latrine choice.
