a red hot speed b-mp in life that stops you dead in your tracks, and makes you take a deep hard look at how you will proceed. this can be a dramatic experience, epiphany, quote, song, movie, etc. that unexpectedly forces you into a new awareness of life as you know it. they can be great -ssets when trying to fulfill dreams that require deeper life experience to reach success. they are especially valuable to artists, where expression is their profession. typically, a wise elder can tell you how to find them.
i hit a lavab-mpy yesterday when trying to give that speech in front of my entire office. public speaking is a whole new world for me. i am really happy i overcame my fears.
