learnagility
a variation of the word “learnability” which defines an approach to building a learning mindset rather than concentrate on the pathway to building a specific skill set. first coined for a discussion on the l&d strategy in nagarro by mukund nair. its a portmanteau of learning + agility.
in this uncertain world filled with disruption, we need people who not only have skills required today but the learnagility to acquire skills for tomorrow.
