the “left field b-tch” is a female part of a large group of females (3 or more) who is generally not as good looking as her friends. this causes her to be jealous, bitter, and short tempered. the term “left field” derives from the sport of baseball, but is used in this case to support how “far away” or “unexpected” the actions are of this female.
friend 1: dude, i totally got shut down by that group of girls. this b-tch came out of left field and told me to go f— off. i wasn’t even talking to her.
