something that is both literally true and legitimate at the same time. to show or declare to be legitimate or proper, well in in a literal manner or sense or used to acknowledge that something is not literally true but is used for emphasis or to express strong feeling.

a combination of literally and legitimately. not as annoying to say as legit (because everyone says that).
