a digital photo capturing a snapshot into the lifestyle or mind of a male or female bodybuilder, fitness model or weight lifter and then posted onto a social media site such as instagram, facebook or twitter. a liftagram can be a selfie showing off one’s jacked or ripped physique, food p-rn, a meme, a physique of someone the poster is mirin or else show off feats of beastly strength or flexibility. liftagrams are intended to doc-ment progress, motivate others and generally used to receive attention, admiration and respect from others and promote one’s standing in the fitness community.
