this is without doubt the most valid and mellow guitar intro of all time. the inventive genius of hendrix- (a man who couldn’t even read music)is staggering. although the cl-ssic is well known amongst music lovers, it is not appreciated to a great enough extent by the majority of people. my favourite song of all time.
