Longtermgevity
a made up word overheard on the amtrack train traveling from sacramento to san francisco. it combines two terms that essentially mean the same thing; “long term” and “longevity”.
guy on other end of cell phone: john, what do you think about the new marketing plan?
guy on amtrack with phone on speaker: well, ray. i really like it. i think it gives us real longtermgevity!
guy on other end of cell phone: i’m sorry…what??
guy on amtrack with phone on speaker: i said i like it, ray. i think it gives us real longtermgevity!
guy on other end of cell phone: ummm..i’m not sure what you mean.
