typically pertains to a person, specifically a female who is several hundred pounds overweight and is wearing a tight shirt and pair of pants(usually fluorescent). often times the pants are that of sweatpants or even tights. the tightness of the pants and the tightness of the shirt combine with the belly b-tton and what is commonly called fupa (see fupa at definithing.com). the result of this mixture causes and imprint in the lower region around the vicinity of the fupa and belly b-tton that closely resembles a lower case i.
