an upgraded version of mad c-nt. originated in australia and was named after a person who has all the characteristics of a mad c-nt, but brings more to the table. a maggs kent is a person who is extremely well-liked and has a large following. usually has a large p-n-s and gets all the ladies. is now the highest possible praise you can denote to someone.
