a term that means to sh-t your pants.
it comes from the fact that during the day the cross town traffic in some places in manhattan slows to 5 mile per hour and no toilet can be found and so some guys sh-t there pants.
if i can’t find a toilet soon i’m gona take a manhattan sh-t.
