like testacular, it is a word describing something manly and fantastic as it is a combination of both words.

a man who is fantastic. it describes a man who is equal parts tough and s-xy. he isn’t to be mistaken with the overly masculine man. he is an attractive man who is an eye catcher and oozes charisma.

someone or something that is overly manly but not egotistic, and is just alittle bit cooler then being fantastic.
