Marcolepsy
a condition wherin an individual (usually female, though not always) has an uncontrollable urge to fall asleep while engaged in s-xual congress with a guy who claims to be spanish. this is a dangerous condition, which can sometimes result in the sufferer to receive an unexpected dirty sanchez.
