a matt shot is when a poor -ss drunk piece of sh-t asks a bartender for a cheap drink at last call. the bartender will then take all the putrid contents from the entire evenings drink runoff in the bar matt and funnel that sh-t into a gl-ss and serve for one dollar (u.s.)
