a person who frequents macdonalds restaurants to the point of essentially living there. usually goes hand in hand with wal-martians, being that symptoms and characteristics are identical.
man, i went into wal-mart today and saw tons of wal-martians and mcdenizens hanging out in the macdonalds there.
