1. (noun) a mcderp is a person who habitually regurgitates psuedofacts, slogans, or plat-tudes that they hear or see in popular media, often getting them wrong because they don’t understand what they mean. mcderp are created from excessive exposure to popular media outlets, particularly the internet.
