when you order a double cheeseburger and a 4 piece mcnuggets off the dollar menu, and put the nuggets on the double cheeseburger then top it off with delicious sweet n sour sauce. similar to a “mcg-ngb-ng,” but without the spiciness. mcnughugs can tend to get a little messy because sometimes the sweet n sour can drip out.
-dude, i just ate a mcnughug and that sh-ts the bomb!
