a meemshkie, also known as a vagenis or teeny weeny, is simply a miniscule p-n-s commonly found on blonde teenage girls. most likely, they grow the meemshkie after seeking revenge towards an ‘ex-boyfriend’. girls who carry a meemshkie are usually stupid, b-tchy, crazy, and/or somewhat ugly.
meemshkies can also be pre-existing conditions, which grow throughout p-b-rty.
