cloud’s best level 3 limit break. while leaping into the air, cloud unleashes a barrage of meteors upon a group of foes causing up to 4 separate hits. this attack is actually best used against a single enemy, unless the targeted group is fairly weak. used against one opponent, this attack can cause as much as 12,000 points of damage.
