subset of “hillbilly”, a lower cl-ss of southern redneck often described as “cracked out” or “on the meth”. usually characterized by a lack of teeth and healthy gums (meth mouth), unhealthy body weight, and a supernatural ability to project paranoia via an unstoppable barrage of verbal diarrhea.
i saw billy bob the other day. ever since he hooked up with truck stop rhonda, he’s turned into a real methbilly. all i’m sayin’ is hide your cash if that methbilly comes to visit.
