a minnacle is an imaginary insult created in one of edb-ssmaster’s prank call videos on youtube. one could infer that this made-up insult could mean that a person is extremely ugly, undesirable and has misshapen b–bs.
security guard: “stop running!”
lady: “you didn’t have to be rude about it!”
security guard: -mumbles- “minnacle b-tch.”
