a small wooden stick usually carried in a plaid shirt or jacket, and often can be found on the floor of a pickup truck. rednecks often chew on these to prove themselves as men, or to attrack a redneck mate.
also can be used to fool people into thinking that you are not drunk
officer: sir have you been drinking tonight? your truck was all over the road.
redneck driver: no sir, just chewin a minty toothpick, y’all want one? there minty!
