Momsomnia
a term used to describe a mom, who’s child wakes her up at night but then immediately falls back to sleep, leaving the mom restless and unable to get back to sleep herself.
“honey it’s 4am, the baby went back to sleep, why are you up cleaning the bathroom?”
“i can’t get back to sleep, got a bad case of momsomnia”
