Moolie Bowl
a bowl of cheap cr-ppy penny candy kept at halloween to give to black (and sometimes puerto rican) inner city children who get carted in to white suburban neighborhoods for trick-or-treating. the good candy such as snickers bars are kept in another bowl hidden from view.
